Το 2ο Δ.Σ Νέας Ερυθραίας απέσπασε την 2η θέση στον 15ο Εθνικό Διαγωνισμό eTwinning στην κατηγορία Δημοτικό (6-12) , με το έργο “Me The A.I”, στο οποίο συμμετείχε ως ιδρυτής. Ο διαγωνισμός αυτός είχε ως στόχο την αναγνώριση των καλύτερων έργων eTwinning από πλευράς ελληνικών σχολικών μονάδων για το σχολικό έτος 2019-2020.
Στο έργο συμμετείχανε τα τμήματα Στ’1 και Στ’2 (σχολικό έτος 2019-2020) και οι εκπαιδευτικοί κα. Λάσκαρη Γεωργία και κα. Μαρώλια Σωτηρία με κύριο στόχο την εισαγωγή των μαθητών στην Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη και στην Μηχανική Μάθηση.
Το έργο έχει επίσης βραβευτεί με 14 Ευρωπαϊκές Ετικέτες Ποιότητας eTwinning, έχει λάβει το Εθνικό Βραβείο eTwinning της Λιθουανίας και έχει διακριθεί στον Ευρωπαϊκό διαγωνισμό Stem Discovery Campaign 2020- Scientix.
