Ο Δήμαρχος Κηφισιάς, Βασίλης Ξυπολυτάς έστειλε το δικό του μήνυμα με αφορμή την πεντηκοστή επέτειο της αποκατάστασης της Δημοκρατίας στην Ελλάδα.
"Η σημερινή επέτειος αποτελεί ημέρα γιορτής για τη Δημοκρατία και για τον τόπο στον οποίο γεννήθηκε, άνθισε, κλυδωνίστηκε και εν τέλει αποκαταστάθηκε, ωρίμασε και θωρακίστηκε.
Η Δημοκρατία άρρηκτα συνδεδεμένη με την κοινωνία, συμβαδίζουν σε δρόμους σύνθεσης και ενσωμάτωσης, δίχως αποκλεισμούς, με στόχο τη συνεχή πρόοδο και ευημερία των πολιτών.
Ο σεβασμός και αδιάλειπτη προσπάθεια προάσπισης της δημοκρατίας, μας επιτρέπουν να σχεδιάζουμε το μέλλον και να υπερπηδούμε κάθε εμπόδιο, προχωρώντας μπροστά, διατηρώντας πάντα τις αξίες και τα ιδανικά μας. Χωρίς πόλωση και διχασμό παλεύουμε καθημερινά όλες και όλοι για μια καλύτερη Ελλάδα".
