Η δράση αποσκοπεί στην ευαισθητοποίηση των νέων για την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος μέσω της μείωσης χρήσης πλαστικού.
Το πλαστικό είναι υλικό που επιβαρύνει ιδιαίτερα το περιβάλλον εξαιτίας του μακρού χρονικού διαστήματος αποσύνθεσής του.
Στη βάση αυτή με το σύνθημα "περιβάλλον χωρίς πλαστικό" ο Δήμος Κηφισιάς συνεχίζει τον αγώνα του για την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος.
Την Παρασκευή στα εξεταστικά κέντρα των Πανελλαδικών εξετάσεων του Δήμου μας (3ο ΓΕΛ ΚΗΦΙΣΙΑΣ-ΑΝΑΞΑΓΟΡΕΙΟ ΓΕΛ Ν. ΕΡΥΘΡΑΙΑΣ) θα μοιραστούν στους μαθητές τις μαθήτριες κατά την αποχώρησή τους, επαναχρησιμοποιούμενα δοχεία αλουμινίου (θερμός) προκειμένου να αντικαταστήσουν τις πλαστικές συσκευασίες.
Η δράση συντονίζεται από την Διεύθυνση Περιβάλλοντος και τον Εντεταλμένο Δημοτικό Σύμβουλο Γιώργο Σκορδίλη.
